Lost Weight by eating 6 meals a day

I don’t know how to lost weight, so I ask my friend Jim to advise me.  I only know eat dinner at 3 pm will lose weights.  Below is the email that he sent back to me.

eating:

try to eat 5-6x a day but small meals. dont starve.

once u boost ur metabalism, i ur will naturally burn fat.

low/no carbs at nite. But must have carbs during day time.

stay away from oil greesy food.

eat brown rice if u can.

substitude white bread with whole wheat grain bread.

try to eat white meat ( chicken, fish, shrimp/no shrimp head…)

vegies and fruits are important as well.

exercising:

train 5-6x a wk, rest on the weekend.

do more cardio type of exercises.

do sit ups, crushes 3-4x a wk.

chest/tri same day, shoulder/abs same day, back/bicepts same day.

i think if u do it consistly, i am sure u will get rid of ur tummy : )

btw, no soda! low sodium and low sugar!

cool man… try to do it with moderation, don’t hurt urself.
